تُشغَّل سحّارة بواسطة هاني بن أمين بن سعيد الدار، بصفته فردًا يمارس نشاطه بموجب وثائق عمل حر في المملكة العربية السعودية. وهو الطرف المتعاقد وجهة التحكم في البيانات الشخصية للخدمات التي تصفها هذه الوثائق. للتواصل: support@sahhara.app.Sahhara is operated by HANI AMEEN S ALDAR, an individual operating under freelance certificates in Saudi Arabia. تغطي هذه المراجعة الحزم والسمات وتوضح الترخيص والإسناد والحذف وحصة التقديم. تتطلب التقديمات الجديدة قبول الإصدار ٣. مراجعة الإصدار ٢ السابقة.This revision covers packs and themes and clarifies licensing, attribution, deletion and submission limits. بتقديمك حزمة أسئلة أو سمة، بما فيها المواد المرفقة («الحزمة» وفق التعريف أدناه)، إلى سحّارة للمراجعة والتوقيع، فإنك («المبدع») توافق على هذه الاتفاقية. إن لم توافق، فلا تقدّم المحتوى.By submitting a question pack or theme, including its attached materials (a “Pack” as defined below), to Sahhara for review and signing, you (“Creator”) agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not submit the content.

١. التعريفات1. Definitions

• «سحّارة»: منصة سحّارة وتطبيق «سحّارة ألعاب» ومشغّلهما.“Sahhara” means the Sahhara platform, the Sahhara Games application, and their operator.
• «الحزمة»: المحتوى الذي تقدّمه عبر مسار التقديم المدعوم، سواء حزمة أسئلة (.sqpak) أو سمة (.sthm)، بما يتضمنه من أسئلة وإجابات ونصوص وصور وأصوات ورسوم متحركة وأيقونات وبيانات وصفية ومواد مرفقة. تنطبق الإشارات إلى الأسئلة على حزم الأسئلة فقط؛ ولا تعني هذه الاتفاقية إتاحة كل نوع من المواد للتقديم المستقل.“Pack” means content submitted through a supported submission flow: a question pack (.sqpak) or a theme (.sthm), including its questions, answers, text, images, sounds, animations, icons, metadata, and attached materials. References to questions apply only to question packs. This Agreement does not imply that every asset type is available for standalone submission.
• «الحزمة العامة»: حزمة اخترتَ عند تقديمها أن تكون ظاهرة للعموم (البند ٧).“Public Pack” means a Pack whose visibility you set to public at submission (Section 7).
• «الحزمة الخاصة»: حزمة اخترتَ عند تقديمها أن تكون خاصة (البند ٧).“Private Pack” means a Pack whose visibility you set to private at submission (Section 7).
• «اسم المؤلف المعروض»: الاسم الذي تختاره ليُعرض كمؤلف للحزمة (البند ١١).“Author Display Name” means the name you choose to be shown as the Pack’s author (Section 11).

٢. الأهلية؛ القاصرون2. Eligibility; minors

يجب أن تكون قد أتممت ١٨ عامًا على الأقل لقبول هذه الاتفاقية وتقديم الحزم. وإن كنت دون الثامنة عشرة، فيجب أن يطّلع ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي على هذه الاتفاقية ويقبلها نيابة عنك قبل أول تقديم؛ وفي هذه الحالة يشمل مصطلح «المبدع» كلًّا منك ومن ولي الأمر القابل، ويكون ولي الأمر مسؤولًا عن التزامك بها. ويجوز لسحّارة رفض أو إزالة أي تقديم يُشتبه في عدم صحة قبوله.You must be at least 18 years old to accept this Agreement and submit Packs. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf before your first submission; in that case “Creator” includes both you and the accepting guardian, and the guardian is responsible for your compliance. Sahhara may decline or remove submissions where valid acceptance is in doubt.

٣. فتح ميزة «المبدع»؛ التوقيع مشمول3. Creator unlock; signing included

يتطلب تأليف الحزم وتوقيعها شراء «فتح المبدع» لمرة واحدة (شراء غير استهلاكي داخل التطبيق تعالجه App Store). التوقيع مشمول بهذا الشراء ولا توجد رسوم منفصلة لكل حزمة. ويجوز لسحّارة تطبيق حدود استخدام عادلة على حجم التوقيع، وطرح خيارات مدفوعة للمبدعين ذوي الحجم الكبير مستقبلًا بعد إشعار.Authoring and signing Packs require the one-time Creator unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by the App Store). Signing is included with that unlock; there is no separate per-Pack fee. Sahhara may apply reasonable fair-use limits on signing volume and may introduce paid options for high-volume creators in the future, on notice.

٤. المراجعة جهدٌ معقول لا ضمان4. Review is best-effort, not a guarantee

قد يتضمن الكتالوج العام حزمًا مقدّمة من المبدعين، إلا أن أي حزمة ‎.sqpak مقدّمة لا تُنشر تلقائيًا. تُجري سحّارة تحققًا آليًا ومراجعة بشرية وفق إطار المراجعة المعتمد قبل الموافقة عليها وتوقيعها من جهة الخادم وتوزيعها للعامة.The public catalogue may contain creator-submitted Packs, but no submitted .sqpak is published automatically. Sahhara performs automated validation and human review according to its review framework before approval, server-side signing, and public distribution.

تُخضع سحّارة الحزم العامة المقدّمة من المبدعين لفحوص آلية وإجراءات مراجعة بشرية قبل النشر. تهدف المراجعة إلى تقليل المخاطر، لكنها لا تضمن اكتشاف كل خطأ أو مخالفة أو محتوى غير مناسب. ويمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن المحتوى المنشور لإعادة مراجعته أو تصحيحه أو إزالته أو إلغاء اعتماده. والمراجعة والتوقيع ليسا تزكية، ويجوز لسحّارة رفض أي حزمة لأي سبب أو دون سبب، ودون التزام بالتوضيح.Sahhara applies automated checks and a human review process to creator-submitted Public Packs before publication. Review reduces risk but does not guarantee that every error, infringement, or inappropriate item will be detected. Users may report published content for further review, correction, removal, or revocation. Review and signing are not an endorsement, and Sahhara may reject any Pack for any reason, or no reason, without obligation to explain.

٥. مسؤولية المبدع وإقراراته5. Creator responsibility and warranties

تقر وتضمن أن حزمتك، بما فيها جميع النصوص والأسئلة والإجابات والوسائط المضمّنة:You represent and warrant that your Pack, including all text, questions, answers, and embedded media:

1. من عملك الأصلي، أو مرخّصة لك ترخيصًا صحيحًا يغطي جميع الاستخدامات المرخصة لسحّارة بموجب هذه الاتفاقية (بما فيها البند ٨)؛is your original work or is properly licensed for all uses licensed to Sahhara under this Agreement (including Section 8);
2. لا تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو أي حقوق أخرى لأي طرف ثالث؛does not infringe any third party’s intellectual-property or other rights;
3. لا تخالف أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية؛does not violate the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
4. لا تخالف أو تعارض الشريعة الإسلامية أو الأعراف الثقافية السعودية؛does not violate or oppose Shariah (Islamic law) or Saudi cultural norms;
5. لا تتضمن أي محتوى غير نظامي أو ضار أو مضلل أو غير مناسب عمريًا؛contains no unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or age-inappropriate material;
6. لا تتضمن أي بيانات شخصية أو صورة أو صوت أو شبه لأي شخص يمكن التعرف عليه غيرك، ما لم تكن حاصلًا على موافقة موثقة من ذلك الشخص (أو من وليّه إن كان قاصرًا) تغطي الاستخدامات الواردة في البند ٨، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL)؛contains no personal data, likeness, voice, or image of any identifiable person other than yourself unless you hold that person’s documented consent (or their guardian’s, for minors) covering the uses in Section 8, as required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); and
7. تستخدم اسم مؤلف معروضًا يحق لك استخدامه، ولا ينتحل صفة أي شخص أو جهة، ولا ينتهك أي حقوق (البند ١١).uses an Author Display Name you are entitled to use, which does not impersonate any person or entity and does not infringe any rights (Section 11).

٦. المسؤولية الحصرية للمبدع؛ التعويض6. Sole liability of the Creator; indemnity

أنت وحدك المسؤول مسؤولية كاملة وحصرية عن محتوى حزمتك وأي وسائط مضمّنة فيها. وأي مطالبة أو خسارة أو غرامة أو ضرر ينشأ عن حزمتك — بما في ذلك محتوى غير دقيق أو منتهك للحقوق أو مخالف لأنظمة المملكة أو للشريعة أو للثقافة السعودية أو لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية — هو مسؤوليتك وحدك. ولا تتحمل سحّارة ولا sahhara.app ولا تطبيق «سحّارة ألعاب» ولا مشغّلوها أي مسؤولية عن حزمتك بأي شكل. وتوافق على تعويض سحّارة ومشغّليها وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبة من هذا القبيل، شاملة الأتعاب القانونية المعقولة. ويظل هذا البند ساريًا بعد إنهاء الاتفاقية (البند ١٤).You are solely and exclusively liable for your Pack’s content and any embedded media. Any claim, loss, penalty, or harm arising from your Pack — including content that is inaccurate, infringing, unlawful under Saudi law, contrary to Shariah or Saudi culture, or in breach of the PDPL — is your sole responsibility. Neither Sahhara, sahhara.app, the Sahhara Games app, nor their operators bear any liability for your Pack in any way. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sahhara and its operators against any such claim, including reasonable legal costs. This Section 6 survives termination (Section 14).

٧. الحزم العامة والخاصة7. Public vs Private Packs

عند تقديم الحزمة تختار ظهورها. وجعل الحزمة عامة اختيارٌ مستقل يتم بإرادتك ويُسجَّل عند التقديم.When you submit a Pack you choose its visibility. Making a Pack public is a distinct, opt-in choice recorded at submission.

• خاصة — لا تعرض سحّارة الحزمة أو تبيعها أو توزعها على غيرك. تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا غير حصري لمعالجة المحتوى ونسخه بالقدر اللازم للفحص والمراجعة وكشف التكرار والتوقيع والتخزين وإعادة تنزيله على أجهزتك المصرح بها. يجوز للموظفين المخولين ومزودي الخدمة الوصول إليه لهذه الأغراض فقط. لا يمنح هذا الترخيص حق استغلاله في حزم عامة أو بيعه للغير. تطبق ضوابط الحذف والاحتفاظ في سياسة الخصوصية. يخضع استرجاع الحزمة الخاصة لاستحقاق المبدع؛ ويُختم كل تثبيت على جهازه.Private — Sahhara will not list, sell or distribute the Pack to anyone other than you. You grant a limited, non-exclusive license to process and copy it as necessary for validation, review, duplicate checking, signing, storage and re-download to your authorized devices. Authorized personnel and service providers may access it only for those purposes. This license does not authorize exploitation in public packs or sale to others. Privacy Policy deletion and retention provisions apply. Private retrieval requires Creator entitlement; each installation is device-sealed.
• عامة — تمنح سحّارة الترخيص الوارد في البند ٨، شاملًا حق إدراج الحزمة وإعادة بيعها دون إشعار إضافي لك، وتعرض سحّارة اسم المؤلف المعروض وفق البند ١١.Public — you grant Sahhara the license in Section 8, including the right to list and resell the Pack without further notice to you, and Sahhara will display your Author Display Name per Section 11.

لا يمكن تحويل حزمة من خاصة إلى عامة إلا عبر تقديم وموافقة جديدين. ويُعامل طلب تحويل حزمة عامة إلى خاصة كطلب إيقاف إدراج وفق البند ٨(د).You may change a Pack from private to public only through a new submission and acceptance flow. A request to change a Public Pack to private is treated as a delisting request under Section 8(d).

٨. الترخيص الممنوح لسحّارة؛ التوزيع وإعادة البيع والاشتقاق (الحزم العامة)8. License to Sahhara; distribution, resale, and derivatives (Public Packs)

تحتفظ بملكية حقوقك في الحزمة. وعن كل حزمة عامة تمنح سحّارة ترخيصًا غير حصري وعالميًا وخاليًا من المقابل المادي وقابلًا للنقل والترخيص من الباطن للاستخدامات التالية. يستمر الترخيص ما دامت الحزمة منشورة، ويخضع إيقاف المبيعات وحذف الحساب والحقوق المتبقية للأحكام المحددة في البندين ٨(د) و١٤؛ ولا يمنح حذف الحساب حق سحب النسخ التي سبق توزيعها بصورة مشروعة:You retain ownership of your rights in the Pack. For each Public Pack, you grant Sahhara a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license for the following uses. The license continues while the Pack is published, subject to the specific delisting, account-deletion and surviving-rights provisions in Sections 8(d) and 14. Account deletion does not recall copies already lawfully distributed:

1. مراجعة الحزمة وتوقيعها واستضافتها ونسخها وتوزيعها وتسويقها والترويج لها وبيعها وإعادة بيعها عبر تطبيق «سحّارة ألعاب» والقنوات المرتبطة به؛review, sign, host, reproduce, distribute, market, promote, sell, and resell the Pack through the Sahhara Games app and related channels;
2. تعديل الحزمة وأسئلتها المنفردة وتكييفها وترجمتها واقتباس أجزاء منها وإعادة تنسيقها، بما في ذلك لأغراض التوطين وإتاحة الوصول والتوافق مع الأجهزة وتصحيحات الجودة؛modify, adapt, translate, excerpt, and reformat the Pack and its individual questions, including for localization, accessibility, device compatibility, and quality corrections;
3. دمج الحزمة أو أي من أسئلتها المنفردة مع محتوى آخر، بما في ذلك في حزم وبنوك أسئلة جديدة أو مجمّعة أو منسّقة أو مولّدة آليًا، مع الإسناد وفق البند ١١ حيثما كان تأليف السؤال متتبَّعًا؛combine the Pack or any of its individual questions with other content, including in new, compiled, curated, or automatically generated Packs and question banks, with attribution per Section 11 where the question’s authorship is tracked;
4. مواصلة كل ما سبق للنسخ الموزَّعة سابقًا ولخدمة المشترين الحاليين حتى بعد طلب إيقاف الإدراج: يحق لك في أي وقت أن تطلب من سحّارة (عبر support@sahhara.app) إيقاف المبيعات الجديدة لحزمة عامة، وستنفذ سحّارة الطلب خلال مدة معقولة، غير أن إيقاف الإدراج لا يلغي هذا الترخيص، ولا يمس النسخ التي بيعت أو وُزعت سابقًا، ولا يزيل الأسئلة التي سبق دمجها في بنوك الأسئلة أو الحزم المولّدة.continue all of the above for copies already distributed and for service to existing purchasers even after a delisting request: you may ask Sahhara at any time (via support@sahhara.app) to stop new sales of a Public Pack, and Sahhara will act on the request within a reasonable period, but delisting does not revoke this license, does not affect copies already sold or distributed, and does not remove questions already incorporated into question banks or generated Packs.

سحّارة غير ملزمة بتوزيع أي حزمة أو بيعها أو الاستمرار في بيعها. وعند حذف الحساب تتوقف المبيعات والتوزيعات الجديدة وتُحذف نسخة الخادم، ويستمر الترخيص فقط بالقدر اللازم للنسخ التي سبق توزيعها والحقوق والسجلات الواجب الاحتفاظ بها (البند ١٤).Sahhara is not obligated to distribute, sell, or continue selling any Pack. Account deletion stops new sales and distribution and deletes the server copy; the license survives only as needed for copies already distributed and rights or records that must legitimately be retained (Section 14).

٩. صلاحية التسعير9. Pricing authority

تنفرد سحّارة بتحديد ما إذا كانت أي حزمة عامة ستُعرض، وأين ومتى وكيف وبأي سعر، بما في ذلك التجميع والعروض الترويجية والخصومات والتسعير الإقليمي والتوزيع المجاني. ولأن الإسناد هو المقابل الوحيد (البند ١٠)، لا ينشئ أي قرار تسعير أو تجميع أو توزيع مجاني أي حق أو مطالبة للمبدع.Sahhara alone determines whether, where, when, how, and at what price any Public Pack is offered, including bundling, promotions, discounts, regional pricing, and free distribution. Because attribution is the sole consideration (Section 10), no pricing, bundling, or free-distribution decision creates any claim by the Creator.

١٠. لا مدفوعات؛ الإسناد فقط10. No payment; attribution only

عن الحزم العامة التي تبيعها سحّارة أو توزعها، لا يُستحق لك أي مال أو رصيد متجر أو رصيد محفظة أو نقاط أو خصم أو أي مقابل من أي نوع. الشيء الوحيد الذي تحصل عليه هو إسناد التأليف — عرض اسم المؤلف المعروض وفق البند ١١. و«الإسناد» هنا يعني الذكر بالاسم فقط؛ ولا يحمل أي قيمة مالية أو قابلة للاستبدال إطلاقًا. أنت تستخدم نظام التأليف والتوقيع في سحّارة لإنشاء الحزم؛ ومقابل هذا الاستخدام يجوز لسحّارة بيع الحزم العامة وتوزيعها دون أن تدفع لك أو تلتزم تجاهك بشيء. ولا تتحمل سحّارة أي مسؤولية عن صحة الأسئلة أو دقتها في أي حزمة مباعة أو موزعة.For Public Packs that Sahhara sells or distributes, no money, store credit, wallet balance, points, discount, or other consideration of any kind is owed to you. The only thing you receive is authorship attribution — your Author Display Name shown per Section 11. “Attribution” here means naming only; it carries no monetary or redeemable value whatsoever. You use Sahhara’s authoring and signing system to create Packs; in exchange for that use, Sahhara may sell and distribute Public Packs without paying you or owing you anything. Sahhara bears no liability for question correctness or accuracy in any sold or distributed Pack.

١١. إسناد التأليف؛ ضبط الاسم المعروض11. Authorship attribution; display-name control

تعرض الحزم العامة — وأسئلتها المنفردة حيثما كان التأليف متتبَّعًا — اسم المؤلف المعروض. وهذا ذكرٌ وتقدير فقط — ليس دفعة ولا رصيد متجر ولا نقاطًا وليس قابلًا للاستبدال بشيء، ولا ينشئ أي علاقة عمل أو وكالة أو شراكة أو التزام دفع من أي نوع.Public Packs and, where tracked, their individual questions display your Author Display Name. This is naming/recognition only — it is not payment, not store credit, not points, and not redeemable for anything. It creates no employment, agency, partnership, or payment obligation of any kind.

يمكنك استخدام اسم مستعار يحق لك استعماله. يجوز تعديل الاسم أو نقله صوتيًا أو استبداله بإسناد محايد إذا كان مسيئًا أو مضللًا أو منتحلًا أو منتهكًا للحقوق أو غير قابل للعرض تقنيًا. الإسناد ليس ضمانًا لظهور اسمك في كل شاشة أو كل سؤال مشتق؛ ويكون إسناد الأسئلة الفردية حيثما يتوفر سجل مصدرها. لا تنقل هذه الاتفاقية ملكيتك، ولا تتنازل بموجبها عن حق أدبي لا يجوز التنازل عنه نظامًا. يمكنك طلب تصحيح الإسناد عبر support@sahhara.app.You may use a nickname you are entitled to use. Sahhara may edit, transliterate or replace a name with neutral attribution if it is offensive, misleading, impersonating, infringing or technically unsuitable for display. Attribution does not guarantee your name on every screen or derived question; individual-question attribution is provided where its source is tracked. This Agreement does not transfer your ownership or waive moral rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Request attribution corrections at support@sahhara.app.

١٢. التوقيع والإبلاغ والإلغاء12. Signing, reporting, and revocation

التوقيع يثبت فقط أن سحّارة عالجت الحزمة ووقّعتها — لا أن محتواها صحيح أو نظامي أو مُزكّى. ويمكن للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عن أي حزمة منشورة من داخل التطبيق أو عبر support@sahhara.app. ويجوز لسحّارة إلغاء توقيع الحزمة أو إيقاف إدراجها أو سحبها من التوزيع في أي وقت — بما في ذلك عند تلقي بلاغ، أو اكتشاف إخلال بهذه الاتفاقية، أو وفق تقديرها المطلق — دون أي مسؤولية تجاه المبدع.Signing attests only that Sahhara processed and signed the Pack — not that its content is correct, lawful, or endorsed. Users may report a published Pack in-app or via support@sahhara.app. Sahhara may revoke a Pack’s signature, delist it, or remove it from distribution at any time — including on receipt of a report, on discovery of a breach of this Agreement, or at its sole discretion — without liability to the Creator.

١٣. البيانات13. Data

يُعالَج محتوى التقديم وبياناته الوصفية وفق سياسة خصوصية «سحّارة ألعاب». ويجوز الاحتفاظ بالحزم الموقّعة وسجلات التقديم بحسب الحاجة للتوزيع وإعادة التنزيل والمحاسبة ومعالجة النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال وإثبات الحقوق والالتزامات النظامية.Submission content and metadata are processed under the Sahhara Games Privacy Policy. Signed Packs and submission records may be retained as needed for distribution, creator re-download, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, proof of rights, and legal compliance.

١٤. المدة وحذف الحساب والاستمرارية14. Term, account deletion, and survival

تسري هذه الاتفاقية عند قبولها وتقديم المحتوى. إيقاف الإدراج يوقف المبيعات الجديدة وفق البند ٨(د). حذف حساب المبدع يوقف تقديماته ومبيعاته وتوزيعاته الجديدة ويحذف بياناته والحزم الخاصة ونسخ الخادم للحزم العامة وفق سياسة الخصوصية. لا يمنح الترخيص بعد الحذف حق إنشاء توزيعات جديدة من محتوى المبدع المحذوف، بما فيها مشتقات جديدة، ويستمر فقط بالقدر اللازم للنسخ التي وُزعت سابقًا والحقوق والسجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها نظامًا. لا يُسحب بذلك ما سبق تنزيله بصورة مشروعة. تظل البنود ٥ و٦ و٨ و١٢ و١٣ و١٥ و١٦ نافذة بهذا القدر المحدود وفي حدود النظام.This Agreement applies when accepted and content is submitted. Delisting stops new sales under Section 8(d). Creator account deletion stops new submissions, sales and distribution and deletes account data, Private Packs and server copies of Public Packs under the Privacy Policy. After deletion, the license does not authorize new distributions of the deleted creator’s content, including newly created derivatives; it survives only as needed for previously distributed copies and rights or records that must legally be retained. Copies already lawfully downloaded are not recalled. Sections 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15 and 16 survive only to that limited extent and as permitted by law.

١٥. القانون واجب التطبيق15. Governing law

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بالنظر في نزاعاتها المحاكم السعودية المختصة.This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.

١٦. إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

إلى أقصى حد تجيزه الأنظمة، تُقدَّم أدوات التأليف والمراجعة والتوقيع والتوزيع «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر»، دون ضمان قبول أي حزمة أو استمرار عرضها أو خلو الخدمة من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء أو تحقيقها لأي عائد أو غرض. ولا تكون سحّارة أو مشغلوها أو موظفوها أو متعاقدوها مسؤولين عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، أو فقد بيانات أو أرباح أو سمعة، ناشئ عن الحزمة أو رفضها أو سحبها أو استخدام الأدوات. وإذا ثبتت مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا، فلا يتجاوز مجموع مسؤولية سحّارة — بالقدر الجائز نظامًا — المبلغ الذي دفعه المبدع مباشرة مقابل ميزة المبدع خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للواقعة. لا يحد هذا البند مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها بموجب نظام واجب التطبيق.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the authoring, review, signing, and distribution tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty that a Pack will be accepted or remain listed, that service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any purpose or return will be achieved. Sahhara and its operators, personnel, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, profit, or data loss arising from a Pack, its rejection or removal, or use of the tools. If liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is established, Sahhara's aggregate liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount the Creator paid directly for the Creator feature during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in this Section limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

توضيح إيقاف الإدراج وإتاحة المحتوىClarification: delisting and content availability

إيقاف الإدراج يوقف المبيعات الجديدة، ولا يلغي وحده تراخيص المشترين السابقين. يمكن إعادة التنزيل عبر حساب سحّارة المرتبط ما دامت نسخة الخادم والاستحقاق وخدمة التنزيل متاحة؛ ولا نضمن استضافة دائمة. إلغاء التوقيع لأسباب مثل السلامة أو انتهاك الحقوق قد يمنع التنزيل والاستخدام. حذف حساب المبدع يحذف نسخ الخادم وفق سياسة الخصوصية وقد ينهي إعادة التنزيل للمشترين السابقين؛ ولا يسحب بذاته النسخ المنزلة على أجهزة الآخرين. حذف حساب المشتري يحذف استحقاقات الحزم والسمات المرتبطة به، فلا يمكن استعادتها عبر ذلك الحساب. لا يحد ذلك من حقوق المستهلك النظامية أو أهلية طلب استرداد من Apple.Delisting stops new sales and does not by itself cancel existing purchasers’ licenses. Re-download through the linked Sahhara account is available while the server copy, entitlement, and download service remain available; permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Signature revocation for reasons such as safety or infringement may prevent download and use. Creator account deletion removes server copies under the Privacy Policy and may end re-download for existing purchasers; it does not itself recall copies already downloaded to other devices. Deleting a purchaser account removes its pack and theme entitlements, so they cannot be recovered through that account. This does not limit statutory consumer rights or eligibility to request an Apple refund.

المسؤوليات والحقوق النظاميةResponsibilities and statutory rights

تتولى سحّارة تشغيل مسار المراجعة والتوقيع وإدارة البلاغات والوصول إلى المحتوى وفق هذه الاتفاقية. لا يعفي تحميل المبدع مسؤولية محتواه سحّارة من التزاماتها النظامية أو من مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها، ولا يمتد التعويض إلى فعل سحّارة المستقل المخالف للنظام. تسود هذه الحدود على أي صياغة عامة لإخلاء المسؤولية في هذه الاتفاقية.Sahhara operates review and signing, handles reports and manages content access under this Agreement. Creator responsibility for content does not remove Sahhara’s statutory duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; indemnity does not extend to Sahhara’s own independent unlawful acts. These limits prevail over general liability exclusions in this Agreement.
