١. الترخيص1. License
يخضع ترخيص تطبيقات سحّارة الموزعة عبر App Store إلى اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple. توضّح هذه الشروط خدمات سحّارة واستخدام المحتوى، ولا تحل محل اتفاقية Apple أو تعدّلها. يُسمح بالاستخدام العائلي والترفيهي والمدرسي غير التجاري للمحتوى وفق الترخيص المطبق؛ ويخضع العمل المخصص للجهات لاتفاق منفصل.Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. These terms describe Sahhara services and content use; they do not replace or amend Apple’s EULA. Non-commercial family, recreational, and school use of content is permitted under the applicable license; commissioned work is subject to a separate agreement.
٢. المشتريات داخل التطبيق2. In-app purchases
- تخضع مشتريات App Store إلى شروط خدمات وسائط Apple المعمول بها، ويظهر السعر النهائي قبل تأكيد الشراء. مشتريات سحّارة ألعاب الحالية لمرة واحدة وليست اشتراكات. لا توفر سحّارة حساب عائلة داخليًا؛ ويُوضح لكل منتج ما إذا كان مؤهلًا لمشاركة Apple العائلية.App Store purchases are subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, with the final price displayed before confirmation. The current Sahhara Games products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Sahhara does not provide an internal family account; Apple Family Sharing eligibility is stated for each product.
- يمنحك كل شراء ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل للوصول إلى الحزمة المحددة واستخدامها، ولا ينقل إليك ملكية الحزمة أو حقوق مؤلفها أو موادها الأصلية، ولا يمنحك حق إعادة توزيعها أو بيعها أو ترخيصها من الباطن أو تعديلها أو استخراج محتواها أو استغلالها تجاريًا.Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the selected pack; it does not transfer ownership of the pack, its copyright, source materials, or any right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, extract, or commercially exploit it.
- تعالج Apple المشتريات داخل التطبيق. لا نستلم أرقام البطاقات أو معلومات الفوترة؛ ونحتفظ بمعرّفات المعاملات والمنتجات وسجلات الاستحقاق للتحقق من الشراء وخدمة التنزيل ومنع الاحتيال، وفق سياسة الخصوصية.Apple processes in-app purchases. We do not receive card numbers or billing details; we retain transaction and product identifiers and entitlement records for purchase verification, download delivery, and fraud prevention, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- لطلب استرداد مشتريات تمت عبر Apple، استخدم reportaproblem.apple.com واتبع إرشادات Apple. تحدد Apple الأهلية وفق سياساتها والقانون المطبق؛ ولا نضمن قبول الطلب. تظل حقوق المستهلك النظامية محفوظة. المدفوعات التي لا تعالجها Apple، مثل أعمال مخصصة بعقد منفصل، تخضع لشروط ذلك العقد والقانون المطبق.For purchases processed by Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using Apple’s guidance. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law; approval is not guaranteed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Payments not processed by Apple, such as separately contracted commissioned work, follow that contract and applicable law.
٣. الاستخدام المقبول3. Acceptable use
- اختر أسماء مستعارة لائقة عند اللعب الجماعي — قد يظهر اسمك للاعبين الآخرين في الجلسة.Choose appropriate nicknames in multiplayer — your name may be visible to other players in the session.
- لا يجوز محاولة تعديل التطبيقات أو الهندسة العكسية أو استخدامها بما يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.You may not modify or reverse-engineer the apps, or use them in violation of applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- ميزات الفصل الدراسي، حيثما توفرت، مخصصة للاستخدام تحت إشراف المعلم.Classroom features, where offered, are intended for use under teacher supervision.
٤. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون4. User-created content
تتيح بعض تطبيقاتنا إنشاء محتوى وتقديمه (مثل حزم الأسئلة في «سحّارة ألعاب»). يخضع هذا المحتوى لاتفاقيات إضافية تُعرض داخل التطبيق قبل أول تقديم وتتطلب موافقة صريحة — مثل اتفاقية تقديم المحتوى الخاصة بسحّارة ألعاب. المبدع مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن محتواه وفق تلك الاتفاقيات.Some of our apps let users create and submit content (such as question packs in Sahhara Games). Such content is governed by additional agreements presented in-app before the first submission and requiring explicit consent — such as the Sahhara Games Content Submission Agreement. Creators are fully responsible for their content under those agreements.
٥. الملكية الفكرية5. Intellectual property
اسم «سَحّارة» وشعاراتها وتصاميم الألعاب ومحتواها ملكية فكرية محفوظة لصاحب المنصة. لا يجوز استخدام علامات سحارة أو أصولها دون إذن كتابي. أما المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون فتحكمه الاتفاقيات المشار إليها في البند ٤.The Sahhara name, logos, game designs, and content are the platform owner's intellectual property. Sahhara's marks and assets may not be used without written permission. User-created content is governed by the agreements referenced in Section 4.
٦. دقة المحتوى والمعلومات6. Content and information accuracy
نبذل جهدًا كبيرًا في دقة المعلومات المعروضة في ألعابنا ونحدّثها مع تحديثات التطبيقات. إن لاحظت خطأً فنسعد بإبلاغنا عبر support@sahhara.app. المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون هو مسؤولية مبدعه، ولا نضمن دقته.We work hard to keep information shown in our games accurate and update it with app releases. If you spot an error, we'd love to hear from you at support@sahhara.app. User-created content is its creator's responsibility, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية7. Disclaimer
تُقدَّم التطبيقات «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية انقطاع خدمات الطرف الثالث (مثل Game Center أو App Store) أو مشكلات الشبكة المحلية الخارجة عن سيطرتنا، ولا الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاستخدام، وذلك في الحدود التي تجيزها الأنظمة.The apps are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages of third-party services (such as Game Center or the App Store), local network issues beyond our control, or indirect damages arising from use.
٨. التعديلات وإيقاف الخدمة8. Changes and discontinuation
يحق لنا تحديث التطبيقات أو تعديل الميزات أو هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعد قبولًا بالشروط المعدلة.We may update the apps, change features, or revise these terms at any time, publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
٩. القانون واجب التطبيق9. Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها يكون من اختصاص الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
١٠. إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
إلى أقصى حد تجيزه الأنظمة، تُقدَّم التطبيقات والموقع والمحتوى «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» دون ضمان صريح أو ضمني للدقة أو الملاءمة أو الاستمرارية أو الخلو من الأخطاء. ولا تتحمل سحّارة أو مشغلوها أو موظفوها أو متعاقدوها مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، أو فقد بيانات أو أرباح أو سمعة، ينشأ عن الاستخدام أو تعذر الاستخدام أو محتوى المستخدم أو خدمات الغير. وإذا ثبتت مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها، تُحد المسؤولية الإجمالية — بالقدر الجائز نظامًا — بالمبلغ الذي دفعه المستخدم مباشرة للتطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للواقعة. لا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يسمح النظام باستبعادها أو تقييدها.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the apps, website, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, fitness, continuity, or error-free operation. Sahhara and its operators, personnel, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, profit, or data loss arising from use, inability to use, user content, or third-party services. If liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is established, aggregate liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount the user paid directly for the app during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in this Section excludes or limits liability where applicable law prohibits doing so.

الوصول إلى محتوى سحّارة ألعابSahhara Games content access
إيقاف الإدراج يوقف المبيعات الجديدة، ولا يلغي وحده تراخيص المشترين السابقين. يمكن إعادة التنزيل عبر حساب سحّارة المرتبط ما دامت نسخة الخادم والاستحقاق وخدمة التنزيل متاحة؛ ولا نضمن استضافة دائمة. إلغاء التوقيع لأسباب مثل السلامة أو انتهاك الحقوق قد يمنع التنزيل والاستخدام. حذف حساب المبدع يحذف نسخ الخادم وفق سياسة الخصوصية وقد ينهي إعادة التنزيل للمشترين السابقين؛ ولا يسحب بذاته النسخ المنزلة على أجهزة الآخرين. حذف حساب المشتري يحذف استحقاقات الحزم والسمات المرتبطة به، فلا يمكن استعادتها عبر ذلك الحساب. لا يحد ذلك من حقوق المستهلك النظامية أو أهلية طلب استرداد من Apple.Delisting stops new sales and does not by itself cancel existing purchasers’ licenses. Re-download through the linked Sahhara account is available while the server copy, entitlement, and download service remain available; permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Signature revocation for reasons such as safety or infringement may prevent download and use. Creator account deletion removes server copies under the Privacy Policy and may end re-download for existing purchasers; it does not itself recall copies already downloaded to other devices. Deleting a purchaser account removes its pack and theme entitlements, so they cannot be recovered through that account. This does not limit statutory consumer rights or eligibility to request an Apple refund.
