حصة تقديم حزم الأسئلةQuestion-pack submission allowance
تشمل ميزة المبدع ٥ تقديمات مستقلة لحزم الأسئلة لكل حساب في الشهر التقويمي بتوقيت UTC. تبدأ حصة جديدة عند بداية كل شهر؛ ولا تتراكم الحصص غير المستخدمة. لا تستهلك مراجعة الحزمة تحت معرّف التقديم نفسه حصة إضافية، وتُعاد حصة الحزمة المرفوضة إلى الشهر الذي احتُسبت فيه. لكل فرد مؤهل في المبدع العائلي حساب وحصة مستقلة؛ وليست الحصة مجمعة للعائلة. لا يضمن استهلاك الحصة قبول المحتوى أو نشره، ولا توجد رسوم توقيع منفصلة لكل حزمة ضمن الحصة. هذه الحصة تخص تقديم حزم الأسئلة، وليست حدًا لعدد مرات اللعب أو وعدًا بعدد تقديمات السمات. تُعلن أي تغييرات في الشروط التجارية قبل تطبيقها.Creator includes 5 distinct question-pack submissions per account per UTC calendar month. A new allowance starts at the beginning of each month; unused slots do not accumulate. Revising a pack under the same submission ID does not consume another slot. Rejected submissions return their slot to the month in which it was counted. Each eligible Family Creator member has a separate account and allowance; there is no shared family pool. A counted submission does not guarantee approval or publication, and signing carries no separate per-pack fee within the allowance. This allowance concerns question-pack submissions, not play counts or a promised number of theme submissions. Changes to these commercial terms will be announced before they take effect.

Pack and theme re-download uses the linked Sahhara account, rather than Apple restoration of consumable purchases. Content availability is subject to the following provisions.

Packs and themes are consumable purchases that record an entitlement to the selected content in your Sahhara account; finishing a game does not use up that content. Packs and themes do not support Apple Family Sharing; Family Creator is the Creator product configured for it. Purchasing content does not transfer copyright or grant resale rights.
إيقاف الإدراج يوقف المبيعات الجديدة، ولا يلغي وحده تراخيص المشترين السابقين. يمكن إعادة التنزيل عبر حساب سحّارة المرتبط ما دامت نسخة الخادم والاستحقاق وخدمة التنزيل متاحة؛ ولا نضمن استضافة دائمة. إلغاء التوقيع لأسباب مثل السلامة أو انتهاك الحقوق قد يمنع التنزيل والاستخدام. حذف حساب المبدع يحذف نسخ الخادم وفق سياسة الخصوصية وقد ينهي إعادة التنزيل للمشترين السابقين؛ ولا يسحب بذاته النسخ المنزلة على أجهزة الآخرين. حذف حساب المشتري يحذف استحقاقات الحزم والسمات المرتبطة به، فلا يمكن استعادتها عبر ذلك الحساب. لا يحد ذلك من حقوق المستهلك النظامية أو أهلية طلب استرداد من Apple.Delisting stops new sales and does not by itself cancel existing purchasers’ licenses. Re-download through the linked Sahhara account is available while the server copy, entitlement, and download service remain available; permanent hosting is not guaranteed. Signature revocation for reasons such as safety or infringement may prevent download and use. Creator account deletion removes server copies under the Privacy Policy and may end re-download for existing purchasers; it does not itself recall copies already downloaded to other devices. Deleting a purchaser account removes its pack and theme entitlements, so they cannot be recovered through that account. This does not limit statutory consumer rights or eligibility to request an Apple refund.
